Bethesda really don’t learn from their mistakes, do they?
Well, they’ve learned from some. The lessons taken from Fallout 76 was not to put out a broken game, on the same engine, with little to no NPCs, and little to no story in a world where fans want a thoughtful narrative, difficult choices to make and role-playing elements. No one asked for a multiplayer and very few thanked you for it.
Starfield proves that some lessons were learned. NPCs are vast in a vast world, and they look good. That’s it. I can safely say the NPCs have convincing facial expressions in a game that isn’t broken. Does it have bugs? Sure, but not broken and that’s more than you can expect from Bethesda nowadays.
But it’s so boring!
